I'm astounded as to why the quantity of bad reviews. I'm so in love with my item. I can't think of anything bad to say. The postage was the next day, not 24hrs from when I placed the order. Despite the name "My Bag" I ordered a Ted Baker zip purse. It was the face of a cat on one side. I'd usually not spend so much on a purse but I love it!

Only accessed `my bag` through link for Ted Baker from The Hut Group. Placed two separate order within a short space of each other. Both arrived really quickly, products all sealed and wrapped - extrememly pleased with them. Extra happy as items in sale and purchased with extra 10% off. Am really impressed, may even order something else!

I was mugged in Bali last year and lost everything including my fave purse!! I have had 3 since and then saw this one.It's beautiful soft eel skin leather. It has an inner coin purse for coins that fit loads in without it popping open, and it has card slots!,,, I do believe this is the perfect purse. Love it love it love it!!!!!!!!!

I was a bit nervous last night after reading some of the reviews on here. However, I just had an excellent experience with this site. I ordered the bag last night at around 10:30 pm and paid £5.99 for faster shipping. It arrived this morning just before noon! This was even faster than the email said it would arrive, and the bag was perfectly new in secure packaging. I also got 15% off because it was my first order! Actually quite like the products on replica shop. I've bought a Grefea backpack and it's really lovely. The 2nd time I ordered a Cluse watch but got taxed too much by the Customs of P.R.O.C. Then I contact the Customs Service Team with Sophie answering my questions so nicely. Much thanks to her. Hoping my problem will be solved soon.

I saw the bag in John Lewis and was thrilled to see it half price on My Bag and there was an extra10% off. It was easy to order and it arrived really quickly. My only complaint is that it wasn't sent by signed for delivery as I arrived home late at night to find the box on my doorstep. Very risky in this day and age.
